When you call for your free consultation, our lighting experts come to your property to discuss your lighting wants, needs, and concerns. We will go over lighting direction, reach, and range as well as walk your property with you to hear about your vision. You choose your level of involvement from consultation through installation.
Once we have a better understanding of what you’re looking for, we review your fixture options and suggest the ones we think will best meet your needs and complement your individual style. After we get your go-ahead, our installation process is quick, efficient, and non-invasive. We even come back for a nighttime demo to make any adjustments you want and will not leave until you are completely satisfied.
2. Our Maintenance Program Has Membership Perks
Regular maintenance is essential to keep any electrical or mechanical system running at its best. Outdoor lighting is no different, which is why we offer a maintenance and repair program where we will change out bulbs, re-bury exposed wires, adjust positioning, check voltage, or even retrofit your halogen system to a more energy-efficient LED one.
As a program member, you receive an annual maintenance visit as well as access to our team any time you need repairs. If you have an LED lighting system, your outdoor lighting is completely protected for another 3 years once we’ve completed our maintenance visit.
